- Lead by example, embodying the company’s core selling principles and customer service standards.
- Accountable for achieving sales targets and customer service metrics by ensuring that sales staff, customer service representatives, and Managers on Duty (MODs) adhere to brand expectations.
- Educate and nurture associates on product knowledge, sales strategies, customer service, operations, visual merchandising, policies, and procedures, in collaboration with the Assistant Manager.
- Oversee and allocate associate responsibilities in partnership with the Assistant Manager.
- Together with the Assistant Manager, manage all aspects of performance and development for designated associates, promoting their professional growth and goal achievement.
- Provide timely and specific performance feedback directly to associates and relay observations to the management team.
- Maintain regular communication with the Assistant Manager to assess business outcomes, strategy execution, customer feedback, and associate performance.
- Coach associates to enhance exceptional performance and address areas needing improvement, while maintaining a visible presence on the sales floor.
- Demonstrate understanding of CB2 visual merchandising standards by maintaining store displays, features, and arrangements.
- Acquire proficiency in all front and back-of-house procedures and standards.
