We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend On-Call RN to join our team at Gentiva Hospice.
**Job Summary:**
As a Weekend On-Call RN, you will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family after normal business hours on an on-call basis. You will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient, act as primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team, evaluate patient/family needs and care for each patient, complete admissions and pronouncements, and maintain all assigned patient clinical records.
**Requirements:**
* Compassionate, kind and empathetic to your patients and their families
* A current RN license (in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain)
* 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology preferred
