About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Night Charge Nurse to join our team at Wisner Care Center in Wisner, NE.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate nursing care for residents during the night shift, ensuring their health and well-being are always the top priority.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate medical records and updating resident files accordingly.
  • Supervise nursing staff, promoting adherence to care plans and policies, and foster a supportive work environment that prioritizes resident-centered care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents, leveraging expertise to drive quality care.
Requirements
  • A valid RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska, with prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
Compensation and Benefits
