Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Metering Controls Professional to join our team. As a key member of our connected infrastructure division, you will be responsible for providing recommendations for meter repairs and replacements, as well as identifying suitable locations for the installation of new meters or submeters.

About the Role: In this role, you will apply subject matter knowledge of building systems to review facility plans and drawings, asset inventories, and technical specifications to determine the operating status of existing energy meters. You will also collaborate with customers, trade contractors, building inspectors, and building service providers.

Key Responsibilities: Apply subject matter knowledge of building systems to review facility plans and drawings, asset inventories, and technical specifications to determine the operating status of existing energy meters. Provide recommendations for meter repairs and replacements. Collaborate with customers, trade contractors, building inspectors, and building service providers.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience with building design and trade disciplines involving the management of critical building systems. Experience with conducting site visits and assessments at client facilities. Ability to obtain a basic civilian security clearance.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience with conducting building energy audits or facility condition assessments. Knowledge of environmental, sustainability, and energy efficiency regulations, executive orders, and consensus standards.
