PRIMARY ROLE
As a Certified Pharmacy Specialist, you will take on various responsibilities throughout your day, each contributing significantly to the pharmacy's success.
Your role involves filling prescriptions, assisting customers, and supporting pharmacy team members, all while delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Personalize the customer experience by utilizing your skills and product knowledge to solve problems and provide solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to assist in filling and processing prescriptions while gaining insights from their expertise.
- Support pharmacy operations by performing clerical tasks such as filling and organizing.
- Adapt to the dynamic retail environment, as we may request you to undertake additional job functions as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Current national certification with up-to-date continuing education requirements.
- Strong communication, customer service, and time-management abilities.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Effective interpersonal skills and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical aspects of the role.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Meeting minimum age and educational requirements.
- Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
What are the physical demands?
- Standing and using a computer and keyboard for extended periods.
- Frequent bending at the knees and waist.
- Regular use of hands, often involving fine motor skills; frequent reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lbs at waist or shoulder level.
- Visual and auditory capacity to process prescriptions and serve customers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
