Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the state of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a recovery or ICU environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
