Registered Nurse 2

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The University of Miami Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patients, documenting nursing care and reporting symptoms and changes in patients' condition and vital signs.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses, conditions, and physician orders.
- Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Prepare patients for and assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Administer and maintain accurate records related to medications and treatments as per regulatory bodies, policies, procedures, and physician orders.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree; RNs hired with an Associate's degree have 2 years to complete the BSN degree.
- Florida Registered Nurse License.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification (ACLS) and Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
