Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in Python programming and a strong background in utilizing advanced tools such as Langchain, PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Streamlit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in Prompt Engineering and AI initiatives.

Chatbot Development:
Design and implement advanced AI chatbot solutions, encompassing functionalities like QA/chatbots, translation, and search/summarization capabilities.

GenAI Expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience with GenAI Foundation Models and Vector Databases, focusing on leveraging foundational AI models for enhanced capabilities.
  • 5+ years of experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Model Optimization:
Utilize RAG techniques to refine AI responses and optimize model performance.

Orchestration Tools:
Employ advanced orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel and Langchain for effective AI model management.

Technical Proficiencies:
  • Proficient in either OpenAI or Google Vertex, along with other models from Hugging Face for implementing cutting-edge language models.
  • Ensure high availability and efficient deployment of cloud-native applications.
  • Experience in hosting LLMs on-premises.
  • Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools, including Git, Tekton, Flux, or ArgoCD, for managing infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with Automated AI Tools and Machine Learning/AI.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline.

Impact:
This role is pivotal in achieving optimal RAG outcomes on client data and contributing to the broader AI and machine learning landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design AI solutions based on language models.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing, training, and fine-tuning language models using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Implementing state-of-the-art language models utilizing expertise in either OpenAI or Google Vertex.
  • Leading the design and development of End-to-End RAG solutions.
  • Experimenting with various chunking and retrieval methods to enhance RAG system efficiency.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of model and application performance, focusing on accuracy and bias identification.
  • Engaging with clients across diverse sectors to facilitate the successful adoption of unstructured APIs.
