Position Overview

ECS Limited is in search of a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineering Leader to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage intricate engineering assignments, guide junior engineers, promote business growth, and lead significant projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to geotechnical engineering personnel.
  • Evaluate proposals and contracts in accordance with company standards.
  • Facilitate client and team discussions to present geotechnical solutions.
  • Conduct reviews of technical reports and provide final approvals with a professional stamp.
  • Supervise geotechnical projects to ensure adherence to quality and deadlines.
  • Assist in departmental management, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
  • Drive business development initiatives through community engagement and client relations.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the visibility of geotechnical services.
  • Monitor analytics and collaborate across departments to foster organic growth and demonstrate regional expertise.
Qualifications

Essential Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum of 8 years in geotechnical engineering.
  • Robust technical understanding of geotechnical principles and their applications.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in business development within the local market is preferred.
Required Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field from an ABET accredited institution.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG).
  • Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous organization.
Preferred Education & Certifications:
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field from an ABET accredited institution.
