Overview:
System One is looking for 4 Quality Assurance Completions Coordinators to deliver administrative assistance on new construction initiatives. The Quality Assurance Completions Coordinator is tasked with the establishment, monitoring, scoping, and documentation of the completions database.
A successful Quality Assurance Completions Coordinator collaborates effectively with project engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other project team members, including clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Specific duties include:
- Data entry and progress tracking
- Reporting and data analysis
- Communicating completion and specification requirements
- Package development
- Training on completions applications
Important Information:
This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for permanent employment.
Compensation:
Pay rate: $46.50/hr, commensurate with experience.
Work schedule: 13 days on, 1 day off over two weeks, with shifts of 10 to 12 hours; subject to change.
Per Diem: $85/day for candidates residing more than 50 miles from the job site.
Weekly pay and benefits available after 30 days (including health, dental, and vision insurance).
401k eligibility after 30 days.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with completions databases
- A minimum of 5 years in industrial construction
- Understanding of the turnover or completions process
Job Functions:
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and managing the completions database
- Creating inspection forms within the database
- Training and configuring tablets for field inspectors
- Compiling turnover packages
- Entering necessary engineering and project data into the completions database
Essential Skills and Abilities:
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Experience in industrial construction
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective decision-making capabilities
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Good communication skills with colleagues and subordinates
- Knowledge of turnover or completions processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Co-Console or WinPCS and a Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field are advantageous. Familiarity with QA/QC inspection processes is also preferred.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Quality Completions Supervisor and does not have direct reports.
Work Environment:
The role involves both outdoor and field office settings.
