We are seeking a detail-oriented and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Apollo Health and Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in the care of our residents, administering medications and performing treatments with the highest level of care. You will also be responsible for directing the day-to-day tasks of the CNAs and creating a positive atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our Residents.

LPN Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and perform treatments with the highest level of care
  • Direct the day-to-day tasks of the CNAs
  • Create a positive atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our Residents
LPN Requirements
  • Valid Nursing license
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care (PCC) software
  • Valid CPR & IV Certification
