Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and perform various medical procedures as needed.

  • Document and report patient progress and any changes in condition.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Florida.
  • At least one year of experience as a LPN in a supervised setting, or completion of our Nurse Residency Program.
  • Current CPR certification in accordance with American Heart Association standards.
  • Negative TB/PPD test or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
  • Successful completion of skills assessment specific to areas of experience.
