We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Health and Safety Manager to lead our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS policies and programs that ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS initiatives that promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain EHS metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement EHS strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in EHS, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures that drive compliance and improvement.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with EHS management systems and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Certifications such as CSP, CIH, or P.E.
  • Experience working with consultants and lawyers to achieve EHS goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to drive compliance.
