We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your nursing skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients recovering from anesthesia
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Current RN license in Washington State
- 1+ year of experience in a PACU or similar setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
