Job Description:

KPA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience selling into the manufacturing, construction, transportation, and/or energy industries is a plus.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of sales opportunities, as well as collaborating with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.

We are looking for a candidate who is a strong communicator, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer success, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of full cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience selling into the manufacturing, construction, transportation, and/or energy industries a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
