Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician with a focus on Plumbing to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining safe and functional spaces for our customers and staff. This role will involve performing skilled work in the plumbing trade, as well as assisting with other trades work and supporting our goal of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain safe and functional spaces for customers and staff
  • Perform skilled work in the plumbing trade, including identifying, maintaining, and repairing equipment
  • Assist with other trades work as needed, including snow removal and standby program
  • Participate in the standby program to respond to after-hours emergencies
  • Work in a physically demanding position with continuous lifting of objects that can weigh up to 25-50 pounds
  • Work with a diverse group of people and use technology, including databases and software
Requirements
  • Graduation from high school or possession of a GED, HiSET, or TASC Certificate
  • Three (3) years of experience performing a variety of duties in construction, mechanical, or facility maintenance
  • Valid Driver's License at the time of application
