The Fencing Construction Specialist will be tasked with evaluating sites to determine their appropriateness, providing guidance on suitable fencing materials, and subsequently constructing and positioning these barriers in designated locations.

Fencing Construction SpecialistLocation:
- Santa Maria, CA
- Engaging with clients to identify the types and purposes of the fencing they need.
- Performing site evaluations to assess the quantity of materials required for each installation.
- Recommending alternative finishes based on environmental conditions, terrain, and aesthetic considerations, if necessary.
- Preparing the installation area by excavating holes and trenches for the fencing.
- Inspecting for gaps and weaknesses in the fencing and making necessary adjustments.
- Reviewing property plans to clarify site parameters when they are ambiguous.
- Measuring the length of each fencing section and collaborating with clients to determine the appropriate height for each fence.
- Cutting sections of fencing to ensure they meet size specifications.
- Assembling, elevating, and securing sections of the fence in position.
- Providing warranties for completed installations.
- High School Diploma.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in operating necessary tools and equipment.
- Physically capable and agile.
- Strong understanding of relevant mathematical and physical principles.
- Excellent spatial awareness and measurement abilities.
