Customer Service Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with the workflow of applications for life products, annuities, and contract changes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate underwriting requirements by interacting with agents, clients, outside medical vendors, and underwriters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including agents, clients, and Field Management.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively.
