**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Director of Celebrations to join our team at Mary Bolger, LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4-5 years proven experience in an events and operations driven position. A Finance industry background is strongly preferred.

This is a 5 days in office position with 5-10% travel. The estimated salary for this role is $135,000-$150,000 plus bonus up to $200,000 all in, depending upon experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing all events and operations globally, including celebrations, town hall meetings, holiday events, volunteer opportunities, and philanthropic initiatives.

They will work closely with senior leadership to understand each office's needs and serve as a cultural ambassador to foster employee engagement worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4-5 years proven experience in an events and operations driven position
  • Finance industry background strongly preferred
