- Compensation - $35 per hour, 40 hours per week
**Position Summary:**
In this capacity, you will oversee and facilitate executive-level recruitment initiatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include managing interview schedules, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating events, all while representing the organization to high-level candidates and fostering a positive recruitment atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and facilitate executive-level recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, travel logistics, and event coordination.
- Serve as the representative of the organization to executive candidates, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Proactively manage and address any risks or issues that may impact the recruitment process, finding solutions to logistical challenges.
- Coordinate interviews for executive candidates, aligning with the expectations and requirements of both internal and external executives.
- Organize and manage dining events and other activities as part of the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with company executives and their assistants to ensure seamless coordination of recruitment efforts.
- Enhance the company’s brand by delivering a smooth and positive recruitment experience for candidates.
- Anticipate potential logistical issues and proactively devise solutions to maintain the quality of the recruitment process.
- Manage calendars, travel bookings, expense reports, and documentation related to executive recruitment activities.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel, ensuring efficient communication.
- Track requests for information, monitor progress, and follow up on actions taken to support recruitment activities.
**Required Skills:**
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of representing the organization professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing logistics and resolving issues in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking.
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changes in schedules and availability.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive assistance, recruitment coordination, or related fields.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
