The Desktop Support Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and technical assistance to colleagues and the executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance to staff and executive personnel
- Support various devices including PCs, Macs, Zoom rooms, and printers
- Image and configure computers
- Manage ticket requests, prioritizing and escalating as necessary
- Oversee equipment maintenance and procurement
- Minimum of 3 years in a support role
- Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous
- Strong communication abilities and customer service orientation
