Overview:

As a Member Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills while working across various branches of Dupaco, gaining insights from different teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive continuous training and support to leverage your exceptional communication abilities, engaging with members through our Teller line and new accounts desk.
  • Become well-versed in a diverse range of Dupaco's products and services, enabling you to assess and identify member needs, propose solutions, and educate them on our offerings.
  • Uphold a positive and professional representation of the credit union.
  • Provide a variety of financial products and services to both new and existing members, ensuring courteous, knowledgeable service to enhance member satisfaction and account utilization.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED).
  • Strong background in customer service; experience in the financial sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional image while delivering exceptional service to members and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Proficient computer skills, capable of navigating multiple programs and utilizing dual screens effectively.
  • Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a proactive sales approach to consistently achieve and surpass goals.
