Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Fujifilm Corporation. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of toner production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor critical accounts and actively participate in support activities to accomplish quick and effective problem resolution
  • Analyze and evaluate equipment performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Install and remove equipment and systems as required to ensure optimal performance
  • Work closely with the scheduler team to manage and perform preventative maintenance on trained equipment
  • Develop strong business relationships with customers and client personnel to ensure excellent customer service
  • Complete all required reporting procedures related to the maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Perform related duties as assigned by manager to ensure the success of the team

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of field service experience with industry-related product lines
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Working knowledge of electronics or 2+ years field territory assigned experience
  • Computer skills with emphasis on operating systems and hardware
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid state driver's license (Real ID compliant) and passport

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and training
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities
