Biomedical Equipment Technician

The Biomedical Equipment Technician is responsible for the installation, electrical safety inspections, periodic maintenance, performance testing, and major and minor repairs of medical equipment in assigned areas of the hospital and external clients.
The Biomedical Equipment Technician operates sophisticated test equipment and instrumentation for inspections, performance tests, and periodic maintenance/repairs of medical equipment.
The testing data acquired from said testing is analyzed and may be prepared for reports.

- Major and minor repairs
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in repair of biomedical equipment or equivalent field
