We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit.

About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will work in partnership with the management team to monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies. You will serve as a resource for staff and support an unparalleled patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
About the Unit

The 16-bed Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of intermediate-level patients, including post-CABG/Cath Lab patients, respiratory, and complicated GI patients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
