Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled Insurance Sales Professional to join our team and help us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Risk Management: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid Health & Life general lines producer license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years minimum). Relevant outside sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Commission and Bonuses: Earn additional income through weekly draw pay, quarterly incentives, and annual bonuses.
