Job Description:

This position involves conducting commissioning, retro-commissioning energy audits, and limited HVAC/Mechanical design assistance services on various property types.

A successful candidate will have experience performing functional testing and building inspections for a wide array of building systems, including Air Handling Units, Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water Systems, Steam Systems, Power Distribution, Plumbing, and Emergency Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission new construction buildings.
  • Retro-commissioning experience and ECM Determination.
  • Knowledge of building HVAC, Plumbing, and Power systems.
  • An ABET accredited bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE standards.
  • Familiarity with ICC Building, Mechanical, and Green Energy Codes.
  • Commissioning certification (CxA, CCP, NEBB) a plus.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
