Job Summary

Rainbow International Restoration of Dickinson is seeking a skilled and experienced Mold Remediation Supervisor to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mold remediation, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and manage a team of technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of mold remediation technicians on various job sites.
  • Conduct initial site assessments and develop comprehensive remediation plans.
  • Ensure all remediation activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain detailed records of site activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain and manage remediation equipment and materials.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in mold remediation or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold remediation, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Texas Mold Remediation Supervisor License (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong knowledge of mold remediation techniques, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and areas affected by mold and water damage.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
