Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and conducting clinical interviews with potential study participants, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical interviews with potential study participants to assess eligibility and gather data
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment and retention strategies to meet study enrollment goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study participant data and progress
  • Collaborate with research staff to ensure compliance with study protocols and procedures
  • Participate in local conference calls to discuss recruitment and retention strategies
  • Manage reports on study progress to present to Project Director and Principal Investigators
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. public health, biology, psychology)
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical research coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility with work schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $24.42 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
