Great Lakes Roofing Corporation is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Madison, WI. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating lead flow, managing current accounts, and providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect Leads - Engage new business opportunities via initial phone or email contact, averaging 8-10 calls/hour.
- Manage Accounts - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, fostering brand trust and serving their ongoing needs.
- Provide Customer Support - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and suggest future solutions.
