About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at The Villages at Historic SilverCrest, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans in collaboration with Registered Nurses, administering medications, and monitoring patients for adverse reactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with Registered Nurses
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans and self-care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Requirements
  • A current BLS Provider certification
  • A valid LPN license
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
