We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recurring Monthly Revenue Sales Representative (Testing and Inspections), specializing in fire safety services. In this position, you will be tasked with generating and managing recurring monthly revenue through the sale of our extensive fire safety solutions to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to create recurring monthly revenue streams through the sale of fire safety services, including fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, fire sprinkler systems, and associated maintenance contracts.
  • Employ various prospecting methods, such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals, to identify and qualify potential clients interested in fire safety services.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and utilize a consultative selling approach to understand clients' fire safety requirements, recommending tailored solutions to effectively meet their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotes that outline the benefits, features, and pricing of our fire safety services, ensuring alignment with clients' needs and budgetary constraints.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional fire safety services.
  • Effectively manage sales pipelines by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting of recurring monthly revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer support, technical services, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of fire safety services and outstanding customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements related to fire safety services, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our offerings and competitive positioning.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for recurring monthly revenue, demonstrating consistent performance and contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated success in Commercial Service Sales (B2B) within the fire safety sector.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and mobile devices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression system Inspection and Testing Frequencies and Requirements
  • Able to recognize and be familiar with various types of systems at a customer site.
  • Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards
