Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established dining policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with our service standards.

  • Assist in meal preparation and timely service, ensuring that all meals are appealing and meet the nutritional standards.
  • Set up and verify meal trays and dining areas, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness post-service.
  • Support the kitchen team in inventory management and food supply procurement for upcoming meals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by following safety protocols and performing utility duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Entry Level (0-3 Years) in Food Service or Hospitality

Certifications: Serv Safe or relevant certification as required by local health authorities

Skills:

  • Basic cooking and meal preparation skills.
  • Understanding of service techniques and dietary requirements.
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, especially with individuals who may have hearing or cognitive challenges.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and team members.
