Human Resources Manager for Hospitality Portfolio

About the RoleZMC Hotels, LLC is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for its hospitality portfolio. This role will be based at our Duluth, Minnesota office and require occasional travel to our hotels in the Lakes Region.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with General Managers to source talent, screen applications, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, benefit enrollments, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership teams to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Conduct employee onboarding and training initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced professional with 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and people skills, as well as a good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Requirements- Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
