Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight brokerage or third-party logistics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service and sales.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated success in bidding and quoting RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and contract awards.
  • Proven experience managing freight movements, including monthly and annual volumes and revenues.
  • Experience leading a team of more than 3 members.
  • Strong knowledge of over-the-road trucking (TL and LTL).
  • Familiarity with Flatbed, Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Over-Dimensional freight.
  • Proficient in using Load Boards (Truckstop and DAT).
  • Experience with TMS and EDI systems.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the team effectively.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000. Individual compensation is determined based on factors such as geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and education.
