- Manage and update data in the servicing system to reflect current insurance policy information.
- Monitor and manage the disbursement of insurance premiums for commercial mortgage loans.
- Collect and review documentation to ensure adequate insurance coverage for non-escrowed loans.
- Initiate and oversee forced place insurance coverage as needed.
- Administer casualty losses and process disbursement requests.
- Correspond with borrowers, insurance agents, and companies to resolve insurance-related issues.
- Minimum two years of broad-based commercial property insurance experience or a four-year college degree.
- Legal document review and interpretation experience.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial property insurance policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial loan servicing experience.
- Four-year college degree.
- Commercial insurance agency or carrier work experience.
- Experience with McCracken/Strategy loan servicing system.
