Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Cleanliness:
Maintain the cleanliness of the leasing office, fitness center, mail center, communal areas, and model units on a daily basis.

Assist with Property Upkeep:
Support in the cleaning of make-ready units, adhering to all safety protocols, and ensuring a clean, odor-free, and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Professional Representation:
Present Richardson Properties in a professional manner through appearance and conduct, while promptly notifying supervisors of any liability issues.

Additional Responsibilities:
Aid supervisors with any other tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the property.

Qualifications:

Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required.

Experience:
At least two years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial work.

Skills:
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependability. Must be flexible to work during days, evenings, and weekends.
