We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Florida Land Fund Management LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and working collaboratively with our staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with suite turnovers and prepare apartments for new residents.
- Order and inventory supplies, and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to management.
- Assist with exterior and interior property maintenance, including landscaping and trash removal.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability to lift up to 150 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
This position requires frequent outdoor work in all weather conditions, as well as occasional work in confined spaces and exposure to paint fumes and other chemicals. Personal protective equipment will be provided as needed.
