Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Technician to join our team at Timbers Jupiter. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our club homes and facilities, ensuring that our guests and owners have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other facility operating systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of club homes and facilities to identify and address potential issues.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by technical or college coursework in a trade.
  • Two years of journey-level work in facilities, plant construction, plant operations, or maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of fire and life safety systems, pool and spa operation, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
