  • Program Planning and Management: Collaborate with the Program Director to initiate, formulate, and monitor research program activities, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide strategic guidance on administrative and fiscal activities, including staffing, space, and resource management.
  • Financial Management: Develop and monitor various budgets, ensuring fiscal control and compliance with regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Act as the primary administrative liaison with regulatory agencies, professional organizations, and other research institutions.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the program to internal and external stakeholders, including senior administrators, faculty, and external partners.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Oversee and coordinate program activities, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with institutional goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a research-related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in program, project, or fiscal management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of federal regulations affecting clinical trials and medical research, training in clinical research, financial management, and program planning.
