This position offers a comprehensive program designed to equip individuals with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products.
Job Description:A financial representative trainee will participate in a structured curriculum, combining self-study and hands-on-experience projects. The role requires active contribution to classroom discussion, goal setting sessions, and progress evaluation meetings. Additionally, the individual must demonstrate appropriate skills, pass a sales process competency test, and gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills for providing holistic financial advice to clients
- Demonstrate sales process competency through testing and application
- Gain direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal business partners and acquire expertise in product offerings
- Ability to successfully complete the trainee program criteria
- Possess insurance licenses within 14 days of entry, with a maximum of 2 attempts at Life and Health exams
- Pass a CRD/FINRA background check and obtain securities licensing within 24 months
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An estimated salary range is between $16/hour (up to 30 days) and $36,000 annual base plus monthly sales incentive opportunities after successful completion
