About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven individuals to participate in our comprehensive training program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable direct sales experience, cultivate relationships with internal business partners, and acquire in-depth knowledge of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured curriculum designed to equip you with the skills necessary to provide holistic financial advice to clients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients through direct sales experience.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal business partners, including acquiring an in-depth understanding of our product offerings.
- Oversight of completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office.
Requirements
- Able to successfully achieve criteria of Trainee Program.
- Ability to pass and apply for appropriate insurance licenses within 14 days of entry into the job.
- Must pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the work period and maintain a valid driver's license.
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16/hour for up to 30 days, with the potential to be promoted to a Financial Representative with an annual base salary of $36,000 plus monthly sales incentive opportunities. Additionally, we provide benefits such as paid time off, sick leave, and a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
