Job Summary

We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you'll be responsible for assessing, creating, modifying, maintaining, and implementing treatment and behavior plans. You'll also train staff to implement these plans and provide supervision per insurance and BACB requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and create treatment plans for clients
  • Train staff to implement treatment plans and provide supervision
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff and clients
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • LBA and BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
