- Provide ongoing mentorship, training, and support
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Set ambitious but achievable sales targets
- Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to create a seamless customer acquisition strategy
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities to optimize the sales process
- Leadership & Culture Development:
- Act as a role model for company values
- Create an environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas, innovate, and take ownership of their work
- Encourage a feedback-rich culture
- Recognize and reward top performers
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure the team is providing exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on team performance
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, helping the team to resolve concerns quickly and effectively
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location: Minneapolis, MN; Austin, TX; or Salt Lake City, UT. This is a fully in-person position.
