  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets
    • Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to create a seamless customer acquisition strategy
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities to optimize the sales process
  • Leadership & Culture Development:
    • Act as a role model for company values
    • Create an environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas, innovate, and take ownership of their work
    • Encourage a feedback-rich culture
    • Recognize and reward top performers
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure the team is providing exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on team performance
    • Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, helping the team to resolve concerns quickly and effectively

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Minneapolis, MN; Austin, TX; or Salt Lake City, UT. This is a fully in-person position.
