We are a reputable HVAC services provider with over 50 years of experience serving clients in NC, SC, and VA.

We are currently seeking a skilled Centrifugal Chiller Technician to join our team in New Bern, NC.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Service
  • Maintain and service HVAC systems, including hydronic, steam, chilled water, DX, forced air, heat pump, VAV, constant volume, exhaust, heat recovery, sheet metal ducting, and related mechanical systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot centrifugal and screw technology and HVACR equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working with centrifugal and screw chillers and associated systems components
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on centrifugal chillers
  • Knowledge of rigging equipment and safe rigging techniques
  • Knowledge of precision measuring equipment
  • Experience in equipment tear down and rebuild
  • Documented factory training on equipment and associated controls packages and proven track record with references
  • Experience with diagnosing and resolving operational problems
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Competent in OSHA job site safety requirements
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
