**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Welfare Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our foster care program, you will work closely with children, birth families, and foster families to provide intensive casework services and promote permanency.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 10 children with varied levels of mental health needs.
  • Provide fieldwork services and connect children and families with agency and community treatment resources.
  • Conduct outreach and coordinate Family Team Conferences.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough case records.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Foster Care experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills a plus.
