Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at JobRialto. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment for technical positions in the Intelligence community and government contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
  • Assist with the development and revision of job descriptions for selected positions
  • Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
  • Draft recruitment advertisements and post them in the most effective digital and print media
  • Formulate strategies to source candidates and connect them with hiring managers
  • Maintain contact with candidates and keep them informed of the status of their applications
  • Vet potential employees' credentials and provide advice to hiring managers on salary negotiations
  • Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
  • Ability to deliver high volume/high quality candidates under tight timelines
  • Ability to source and connect with qualified candidates
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting technical positions for the Intelligence community and government contracting industry
  • Ability to formulate strategies to source candidates and connect them with hiring managers
  • Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree with six years of related full cycle recruitment experience in federal contracting industry
  • In lieu of a degree, additional years of related technical recruitment in federal contracting industry
  • Associate degree and 8 years of related experience or high school diploma and 10 years of related full cycle recruitment in federal contracting industry
