We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Hunt Hive Talent Recruiting Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing full-cycle recruitment for technical positions within the Intelligence community and government contracting industry.
Your Mission:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled and review job descriptions for vacancies.
Develop and revise job descriptions to assist in creating and updating specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Identify and implement recruiting methods to determine the most effective strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates and draft recruitment advertisements for various media.
Source and connect with candidates using your skills to find, assess, and connect qualified candidates through various channels.
Maintain candidate relationships by keeping candidates informed about their application status and providing advice on salary negotiations.
Represent the company at job fairs and conferences by attending industry events, running company booths, and creating a strong presence in the technical community.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor's degree with six years of related full-cycle recruitment experience in the federal contracting industry or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
68 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record in recruiting technical positions for the Intelligence community and government contracting industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
A thorough understanding of recruiting practices, knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and relevant employment laws, with the ability to deliver high-quality candidates under tight timelines.
Highly organized with skills in planning, time management, and multitasking, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Additional Requirements:
Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Bonus Points For:
Presence in the technical/industry community with experience in creating and maintaining a strong network in the technical field.
Experience with job fairs and industry conferences with familiarity with attending and representing at job fairs and industry events.
Additional technical or HR certifications that complement your recruitment expertise.
