Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled State-Certified Technician or Master in Technical Operations to join our Facility Management New Construction department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing properties for top federal authorities at our Berlin location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of properties, including ministries, federal courts, research institutions, and other government buildings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Develop and implement sustainable solutions for climate-neutral real estate management.
- Work closely with the Facility Management team to ensure seamless operations and maintenance of properties.
Requirements
- State-certified technician or master in technical operations (m/f/d) degree.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
