Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Donatech. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct materials testing in accordance with industry standards, including ASTM and ISO protocols.
  • Develop and implement new test methods to evaluate materials quickly in support of product development programs.
  • Participate in monthly safety meetings and TC safety audits to ensure rigorous compliance to standard safety procedures and client corporate policies.
  • Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs) for new method development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with lab peers, pilot-line team, and other R&D colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of laboratory experience.
  • Associate's degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a creative mindset and ability to work effectively in a global organization.
